Welcome To My Practice

My philosophy is that the best outcomes in therapy grow from the combination of a good client-therapist relationship and the utilization of effective treatment modalities. We begin the journey of therapy by focusing our attention on the areas you feel are most important to change and the biggest obstacles to you feeling better about yourself, your life, and your relationships.  Together, we establish goals and carve out the steps to get there.  The methods I employ are evidence-based meaning that research studies have shown them to be effective in the treatment of specific disorders.  I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that involves education, questions, and feedback.  Thank you for your interest in my practice and I look forward to working together.
