Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy for PTSD

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD

Panic Control Treatment for Panic Disorder

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Social Anxiety and Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Trauma Processing Therapy

I provide individual therapy to help people recover from experiences of trauma.  I have experience working with people who experienced trauma related to childhood abuse, natural disaster, sexual assault, domestic violence, combat, and other significant life events.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) 1:1 for Older Adolescents & Adults

I provide individual DBT therapy for adolescents and adults.  I actively collaborate with other DBT professions to provide a team approach.  I will assist DBT patients in facilitating participation in a DBT Group Therapy Program as appropriate.  I also participate in a regular DBT Training Team for consultation and professional development.

Couple Therapy

I work closely with couples experiencing relationship dissatisfaction, infidelity, or conflict.  We work towards enhancing intimacy, improving communication, and reducing tension.  I have received advanced training in Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT).

Animal-Assisted Interventions (Pet Therapy)

Animal-assisted inventions, sometimes referred to as therapy animal visits, are an opportunity for clients who are seen in the office.  Belle, an 8-year-old rescue dog, and I are a registered therapy team with Pet Partners.  Pet Partners is a nationally recognized organization with the highest standards in the industry.  This means that Belle and I have completed education and been evaluated to possess adequate skills, aptitude and temperament for such work.  In order to obtain and maintain Pet Partners registration, we undergo extensive and ongoing training and evaluations as well as maintain a standard of grooming and veterinary care.
