In-Person & Telehealth Therapy Options
Therapy services are offered both in person at the office and through secure telehealth (online therapy), allowing flexibility while maintaining continuity of care.
Monday through Thursday, clients may choose between in-person therapy sessions or telehealth therapy sessions. Fridays are offered exclusively via telehealth.
Online therapy sessions are provided through the secure client portal (TherapyPortal). If needed, Google Meet is available as a backup platform to ensure reliable access to care.
These options are available for intake sessions, individual therapy, and couple therapy, depending on scheduling and clinical fit.
Therapy for Non-Local Clients
For clients who are not local to Cary, NC, I provide online therapy for individuals and couples. This includes:
Clients elsewhere in North Carolina - If you live outside the Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill), but within NC, you can schedule sessions online via secure telehealth.
Clients in PSYPACT states - PSYPACT allows licensed psychologists to provide telehealth across state lines. I can work with clients located in any PSYPACT state, following all regulatory requirements.
All sessions for non-local clients are conducted online through TherapyPortal, with Google Meet as a backup if needed.
Note: If you are outside of North Carolina and not in a PSYPACT state, I am unable to provide telehealth services.
